Lunar Defence first release 1.0 is out!
November has been a hectic month! I signed up for the GitHub Game Off jam with the goal of submitting a full working game this year and I finished just in time!
There hasn’t been a devlog yet because I didn’t publish the game until it was actually working except for a small group of friends who helped testing it. However, you can follow the development updates until now on Twitter, under at #LunarDefence! There you can see previews with screenshots and gifs of the work it took over the past month to get the game up to where it is now.
The current release v1.0.0 is considered a stable, working release with no game breaking bugs and some enjoyable game play. I won’t be releasing any more changes during the game jam’s voting period so if there’s support for further development then I have ideas for how to flesh this out into an engaging game that’s fun for more than just a few minutes.
Thanks for everyone who supported me during development, with ideas, testing, maths skills and patience.
